Razlog je jednostavan: tijelo i mozak ne reagiraju samo na rije\u010di, nego na <strong>uskla\u0111enost poruke<\/strong>.<br>Pacijent \u0107e povjerovati u pozitivan ishod samo ako osjeti da i terapeut istinski vjeruje u ono \u0161to govori i radi.<br>Zato je prvo pitanje koje u edukaciji postavljam studentima:<br>\u201eVjeruje\u0161 li ti u to \u0161to radi\u0161?\u201c<br>Jer upravo tu po\u010dinje razlika \u2013 nije dovoljno ponavljati fraze. Terapija dobiva snagu tek kada terapeut svojim znanjem, iskustvom i unutarnjim uvjerenjem postane vjerodostojan izvor sigurnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emocionalna uskla\u0111enost \u2013 kad misli, osje\u0107aji i rije\u010di stoje u istoj liniji<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Emocionalna uskla\u0111enost zna\u010di da ono \u0161to mislimo, osje\u0107amo i govorimo djeluje kao cjelina.<br>Ako ka\u017eemo \u201ebit \u0107e dobro\u201c, ali u sebi osje\u0107amo sumnju ili strah, na\u0161e tijelo \u2013 i tijelo osobe koja nas slu\u0161a \u2013 to prepoznaje.<br>Pacijenti nesvjesno \u201e\u010ditaju\u201c ton glasa, izraz lica i energiju terapeuta. Ako je poruka neskladna, mozak ju interpretira kao opasnost umjesto sigurnosti (1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to se doga\u0111a u tijelu kad vjerujemo u ono \u0161to govorimo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Neuroendokrini sustav<\/strong> \u2013 smanjuje se lu\u010denje kortizola, hormona stresa koji poti\u010de upalu i usporava regeneraciju. Smanjenje kortizola poti\u010de proces ozdravljenja (2).<br>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Autonomni \u017eiv\u010dani sustav<\/strong> \u2013 uskla\u0111ene pozitivne poruke aktiviraju parasimpatikus, \u0161to smanjuje sr\u010danu frekvenciju, sni\u017eava krvni tlak i opu\u0161ta mi\u0161i\u0107e (3).<br>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Hormoni i neurotransmiteri<\/strong> \u2013 pozitivno o\u010dekivanje pove\u0107ava dopamin i serotoninski sustav (motivacija, nagrada), a interpersonalno povjerenje poti\u010de lu\u010denje oksitocina (4,5).<br>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Imunolo\u0161ki sustav<\/strong> \u2013 psihoneuroimunolo\u0161ka istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da optimizam i pozitivna o\u010dekivanja pove\u0107avaju aktivnost prirodnih stanica ubojica (NK) i ja\u010daju imunitet (6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uloga terapeuta \u2013 namjera i sigurnost mijenjaju ishod<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz svoje edukacije uvijek nagla\u0161avam terapeutima: <strong>najprije oni moraju vjerovati u ono \u0161to rade<\/strong>.<br>Kad rade s pacijentom, moraju imati <strong>jasnu namjeru<\/strong> i svjesnu prisutnost \u2013 jer upravo to oblikuje ishod terapije.<br>No, terapeut mo\u017ee biti istinski siguran tek onda kad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ima dovoljno <strong>znanja i iskustva<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jasno poznaje <strong>svoje granice i kompetencije<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zna kada pacijentu mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i, a kada ga treba uputiti dalje.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Takva sigurnost stvara unutarnju smirenost i autenti\u010dnost u komunikaciji \u2013 pacijent to prepoznaje i osje\u0107a se za\u0161ti\u0107eno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad ka\u017eemo \u201ebit \u0107e dobro\u201c iz uvjerenja i smirenosti, tada aktiviramo lanac procesa koji tijelu omogu\u0107uje iscjeljenje.<br>Autenti\u010dna poruka, utemeljena na emocionalnoj uskla\u0111enosti terapeuta, znanju i jasnoj namjeri u radu, ima iscjeljuju\u0107u mo\u0107 koja nadilazi same rije\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Ekman P, Friesen WV.
