ABANIC PHYSIO Bowen Education

ABANIC PHYSIO BOWEN EDUCATION are original educational programs of manual therapy designed to provide physiotherapists with in-depth knowledge and practical skills about the Bowen technique and its application in the therapeutic process. In addition to theoretical lectures, they include practical work and case studies to ensure a thorough understanding of the method. The courses are conducted in cooperation with educational institutions in the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and are taught by the author of the method, Ana Banić.

What is Bowen technique?

The Bowen Technique is a manual therapy that focuses on treating the person with a specific condition, rather than the condition itself. The entire body is treated through a series of specific rolling movements, performed over muscles, ligaments, tendons, and nerves. In this technique, the therapist acts as a facilitator, creating a piezoelectric effect through specific movements that stimulate the patient's central nervous system, to which the patient then responds.
The Bowen technique is effective for a range of problems, including musculoskeletal problems, neurological conditions and stress-related disorders.

Learn according to standards recognized at home and abroad
You receive an internationally recognized certificate
You become part of a professional community of therapists
You have access to continuing professional development (CPD)

What do participants say?

IVO GAVRANIĆ

BOWEN PARTICIPANT
Bowen therapy was my first education that opened up new perspectives for me, not only as a therapist, but also on a personal level. Although the movements seem simple, it was only with the guidance of professional educator Ana that I realized their true power and fluidity. Ana is extremely accommodating and selflessly shares her knowledge, providing support even after the education. After the basic education, I immediately signed up for Bowen advanced, which gave me more tools and deepened my understanding of the therapy. This education not only shaped me as a therapist, but also provided me with valuable professional support.

TOMISLAV ROMIĆ

Bowen training was a turning point for me – not only professionally, but also personally. Ana is an extraordinary educator, patient and dedicated, she selflessly shares her knowledge and guides each student with ease and confidence. The first steps in practice were challenging, but with Ana's support everything fell into place. I was especially thrilled with Bowen advance, which gave me a deeper understanding and new tools for working with patients. Ana is not only a top educator and therapist, but also a person you can always rely on. I highly recommend her training to anyone who wants to truly love Bowen therapy!
